Lynn Ballinger is an Area Chair for the C12 Group Mid-South (West Tennessee, Eastern Arkansas and North Mississippi).  Prior to joining C12, Lynn was a U.S. agency security trader and Managing Director at Morgan Keegan and Raymond James.  In his 30+ years working in the world of institutional finance, Lynn learned firsthand how to work with and manage through some of the most challenging people and situations.  In 2017, Lynn became a Certified Executive Coach after attending the University of Georgia’s Sherpa Coaching Program.  Lynn coached primarily executives in small to midsize companies as well as leaders in larger organizations such as Toyota and the U.S. Navy. Lynn is a graduate of Baylor University (BBA ’85, MBA ‘86) where he met and married Tawni in 1985.  They have 3 adult children and 1 grandchild.  Lynn is an elder at First Evangelical Church where he and his wife have been members since 1986.  His passion is to mentor younger men and couples in the church and the community.  Contact Lynn today to hear more about his journey through the trading floor, executive coaching and now chairing groups in C12.
