Mike Kromhout serves as Chair with C12 Business Forums in Raleigh, North Carolina.  C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 4,000 members throughout the United States and internationally.  Mike is starting his journey as a C12 Chair in 2024, working to build his first CEO forum.  

Prior to joining C12,  Mike served as IT leadership in IBM, responsible for systems supporting IBM Services worldwide, which generate the majority of IBM’s revenue.  Under his leadership, IBM Services moved to a new standardized Quote to Cash process  directly addressing revenue leakage and data integrity.  Mike’s career with IBM spanned 36 years transforming marketing, sales, and operations processes. Throughout Mike’s  career, he has been a sought-after coach and mentor in the area of business transformation.

Mike actively serves in various positions leading study, community and mission at Church of the Apostles, Raleigh.  Mike lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife of 32 years Jennifer. They have two children, Brenden (29) and Katie (27) and one grandchild on the way!

Mike’s life verse is, Jeremiah 29:11 – “For I know the plans I have for you declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
