Unlocking Our Kingdom Impact Potential in 2025

Faithfulness Today, Fruit for Eternity

2024 was a remarkable year for C12. Together, we achieved many milestones worth celebrating. I often remind our headquarters team of the saying, “Not everything that matters can be counted, but everything we count should matter.” We track a lot of metrics here at C12. However, numbers alone are morally neutral—they have no soul. What gives the numbers meaning is how they reflect our mission. Before we look ahead to 2025, let’s pause to celebrate what God has done in 2024 and the Kingdom impact represented by these numbers.

Looking Back on 2024

Today, C12 currently serves 4,368 global members, including 3,094 CEOs and 1,274 key players, all supported by 221 dedicated Chairs. In 2024 alone, 837 CEOs and 569 key players joined C12 Forums worldwide, each bringing unique insights and adding momentum to our shared mission. Our network expanded to two new continents and three new countries this year, welcoming Chairs and members in South Africa, Taiwan, and the resilient communities of Ukraine. Each new region, Chair, and member adds a powerful page to the unfolding story of God at work, amplifying the Kingdom impact of this faith-driven movement.

During 2024, our members navigated complex business challenges head-on, expanded their influence, and embraced fresh leadership perspectives. Together, we tackled pivotal topics, from answering the question “How big is big enough?” to integrating emerging technologies like AI and pursuing Robust Good Health. Beyond business topics, we also explored how to cultivate trust within our teams, craft meaningful strategies for corporate giving, and steward every aspect of life with balance, purpose, and intentionality.

At C12, one of our core values is “results matter.” God measures results and so should we. Everything we do is driven by a desire to create eternal impact. We were grateful to see exceptional progress in this area during 2024. C12 CEOs and business owners worldwide did not just learn about topics like strategic planning or integrating faith and business—they took action. They became catalysts for change within their teams, communities, and industries, collectively influencing over 20 million people each month through the businesses they lead.

I am so encouraged when I hear stories about how these small inputs are multiplied into massive outputs as C12 companies around the world apply what they have learned to get better year after year.

Looking Ahead to 2025

We have accomplished a lot—but we know the journey does not stop here. In 2025, we will build upon the strong foundations of BaaM (Business as a Ministry) and explore new strategies to thrive in an ever-evolving business environment. C12 members around the world will dive even deeper into critical topics, such as assessing the economic, team, and spiritual value we add to our businesses, navigating crisis communication, and discerning God’s will. Each topic will lead us back to the heart of our mission: how to faithfully steward what God has entrusted to us to build great businesses for a greater purpose.

In April, we will come together at CURRENT25 to connect, engage, and advance in effectively executing BaaM with excellence and an eternal perspective. It will be a full two days of celebrating what God has done and igniting new inspiration for what He will do next.

As we expand the C12 network globally, we are not merely increasing in numbers; we are cultivating a worldwide community of leaders dedicated to driving Kingdom impact through scaling businesses.

Press On with Purpose

As we enter into 2025, I invite you to reflect on this question: What specific steps will you take today to convert your potential energy into kinetic energy that maximizes your Kingdom impact potential? This is not a solo journey. You are part of a movement of faithful leaders. Together, we are changing the world by advancing the gospel in the marketplace.

The rearview mirror of our mission is inspiring—and the windshield of our vision is tremendous. Everything hinges on how we steward what we have been given today. Let’s be faithful to the Father’s agenda in us, through us, and for us. Let’s enter into the new year with expectancy, fueled by a shared vision of what is possible when we unlock our Kingdom impact potential together.
