Adam Leija serves as Associate Chair with C12 Business Forums in Central Texas. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving over 4,000 members throughout the United States and internationally. Adam has served as a C12 Chair since April of 2025 and currently serves 18 members in 1 CEO forum and 1 Key Player forum. Collectively, members in Adam’s forums generate $32 Million in revenue and employ 256 people in the Central Texas area.
Prior to joining C12, Adam served as an executive business consultant in various companies, focused on whole business turnarounds. Under his leadership, Adam has successfully turned around companies through strategic planning with mission, visions, values realignment along with sales team development and revenue generation down to the tactical level of leading LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Kanban operations and more. Adam’s background also includes experience in media, marketing, and business strategy, where he worked for the Dept. of Defense, large family-owned companies, and a billion-dollar VC backed corporation. Adam also has a ministry background working at a mega-church in the Dallas area and with Young Life San Antonio at the local, regional, and national levels. Throughout Adam’s career, he has been a sought-after coach and mentor in the area of Executive Development. Adam has degrees from Southern Methodist University, Liberty University, and has studied at Dallas Baptist University and Fuller Seminary.
Additionally, Adam actively serves on the board of various non-profit organizations including Young Life, a world-wide youth ministry and Simka Foundation, a travel and education ministry focused on rediscovering our 1st-Century Christian heritage. Adam lives in San Antonio with his wife, Lara. They have three children ages 15, 13, 10, along with their dog Ellie.
Adam’s favorite verses are Romans 5:3-5 “…we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.”
