Brent Bullock is the Chair for the C12 Group in the Heartland of Eastern Iowa, Western Illinois and Southwest Wisconsin. Business has been a key part of Brent’s life, having grown up in a family-owned business.  He worked his way from Chemical Engineer to a General Management role with a food and pharmaceutical ingredient manufacturing company.  For 10 years, Brent was a senior general manager and operations executive who expanded the top and bottom lines through continuous improvement and operational excellence.  Brent has a keen strategic insight for assessing organizational needs, responding to changing market conditions, strengthening competitive position, driving out waste, cutting costs, and improving productivity.  As a consultant, Brent has helped organizations with conflict resolution, team-building, and organizational development.  He is excited to serve as a C12 Chair, a role that he sees as a natural extension of his growing commitment to promoting effective servant leadership in business. Brent is a lifelong learner with a BS in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University, an MBA from the University of Iowa and, most recently, an MA in Christian Leadership from Liberty University. Brent has been married to his wife Tammy for over 18 years and has four wonderful children, Brittany, Brenna, Luke and Brooklyn.  They strive to love God with their whole heart, to work hard, be honest, and serve others.  They live in Park View, Iowa.  They are active members of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Eldridge, Iowa.  Brent has served in many different leadership positions within the church and outside of the church, including a discussion leader for Bible Study Fellowship, chairman of Cornerstone’s Elder Board, and facilitator for recasting Cornerstone’s vision.  Brent and his family are currently helping with the startup of Cornerstone’s satellite church in DeWitt, Iowa.
