Born and raised in Tuscumbia, AL, Chris has always had a passion for leadership, service, and growth. After graduating high school, he moved to Mobile to play football and pursue his education at the University of South Alabama. After graduating, he spent two years as a teacher and coach before transitioning into advertising sales. After a short stint in advertising, he entered the insurance industry, working for a local agency before launching his own successful firm. After five years of business ownership, Chris sold his agency to follow a new calling—serving marketplace leaders through C12.

Chris’s journey with C12 began as a forum member, where he experienced firsthand the transformative impact of peer advisory groups. After three years of involvement, he stepped into the role of Chair, driven by his passion for helping business leaders integrate faith and work. He is committed to equipping and encouraging leaders to build thriving businesses with eternal impact.

Chris is married to his wonderful wife, Deeon, and they are blessed with two children. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys running, playing pickup basketball, and spending quality time with his family.
