Edward Stroop serves as a Chair with C12 Business Forums, the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives. Based in Sarasota, Florida, Edward leads C12 groups across the area, fostering a community of leaders committed to building thriving businesses and living out their faith in the marketplace. With a global membership of over 4,000, C12 empowers its members to do business as ministry. Edward has been actively serving as a C12 Chair since 2025, following his own transformative experience as a C12 Forum member starting in 2023.
Before joining C12, Edward spent 21 years as President of Stroop Design & Construction, Inc., a Design-Build firm specializing in commercial, residential, and religious projects. In this role, he oversaw all aspects of design and construction, cultivating a reputation for excellence and integrity. Edward holds credentials as a registered Architect (since 1989, non-active), a Florida Certified General Contractor, and a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor (non-active).
Edward’s entrepreneurial journey includes founding several successful ventures, including Amour Roofing, Expand Leadership Academy, and No624, an eco-friendly skincare company. His diverse career has established him as a sought-after coach and mentor, particularly in construction management and organizational leadership.In addition to his professional pursuits, Edward has been deeply involved in ministry. He has served as a worship leader, contributed to his church’s executive leadership team, and held the role of elder, dedicated to living out his faith and serving others.
Edward and his wife, Lesa, have been married for 37 years and reside in Sarasota, Florida. Together, they have raised four children—Taylor, Nicole, Victoria, and Parker—and are proud grandparents to four grandchildren.
Edward draws inspiration from his life verses, Ecclesiastes 4:12 and Numbers 6:24-26. Ecclesiastes 4:12 emphasizes the importance of community and the strength found in unity, while Numbers 6:24-26 serves as a daily reminder to bless, love, and care for others.
