Roberta Cocco is a dynamic public speaker, executive coach and trainer, known for igniting self-discovery, turning insights into action and connecting strategic thinking to practical execution. With almost two decades of experience, she is a leader and a change-maker who uses her skill, humor and fierce determination to unlock potential, create clarity, and disrupt the stories that hold people back. 

As an Associate Chair with C12 Business Forums in North Suburban Detroit, Roberta is committed to Oakland County’s business leaders. She is committed to following Christ and passionate about making disciples who make disciples using Business as a Ministry (BaaM). Roberta is excited to unlock potential and inspire bold action with the faith that expects God to do more than we can imagine.

Trained in phenomenology, ontological studies, and transformational coaching, Roberta is uniquely equipped to adapt in fast-changing environments, think through solutions and identify obstacles. Her leadership experience spans half-millions-dollar ventures to billion-dollar corporations, non-profits, and government sectors, where she has coached C-suite executives, founders, and directors across a wide range of industries.

Before joining C12, Roberta had been called to full-time ministry as a Video Director, leading international teams to Africa, Haiti and Ecuador. She collaborated with local non-profits like LifeRemodeled and spearheaded large-scale movements like E.A.C.H., to raise awareness, mobilize support and build powerful messaging that united people in the hope and power of Christ. 

Many scriptures have been anchored in her life, but her favorite is found in Isaiah 41:13 “For I am the LORD your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.”

Roberta’s journey is filled with adventure, shared with her husband Brad Cocco and their combined six-adult children. Additionally, she created the proven course, Bridge the Gap to build powerful culture, connection and stability during COVID. She has been nominated for the Woman of Influence award by SUCCESS Magazine, featured in Voyage magazine, recognized by Who’s Who in America, and has appeared on podcasts, Fox News and mentioned in the Wall Street Journal.
