Tim Smith serves as a Chair with C12 Business Forums in the Phoenix area. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 4,000 members throughout the United States and internationally.

Prior to joining C12,  Tim served as Founder & CEO of Training to YOU for 16 years, a Phoenix-based computer training company and was responsible for revenue generation, profitability, and the development of thirty-three employees. Under Tim’s leadership, the company trained thousands of corporate and government employees and was successfully sold in 2014.  Tim’s most recent experience included 6 years of experience as a business coach and consultant through his company EntreSpirit Coaching & Consulting.  Throughout Tim’s career, he has been a sought-after coach and mentor in the EOS Traction business system, spiritual discernment, and overall operational success.

Additionally, Tim serves on the advisory board of Richard Parrish Ministries which is an outreach equipping Eastern European pastors. Tim also leads a weekly Christian business leader bible study at his local church and is the Education Coordinator for his BNI group. Tim lives in Scottsdale with his wife Kristen who is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist.  They have three adult sons, Braden, Parker, and Evan.

One of Tim’s favorite verses is: “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. But we all, with unveiled faces, looking as in a mirror at the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.” 2 Corinthians 3:17-18
