Tyler Mackie joins the team after the last 20 years working in the Insurance and Financial Services industry. His experience ranges from working with national companies, to starting his own independent office, to being acquired by a private equity group. His tenure working closely with business owners, executives, and decision-makers has given him a personal approach and a unique perspective to the issues facing employers and entrepreneurs in the marketplace.

Originally from middle Tennessee and alumni of Tennessee Tech University before moving to Asheville North Carolina where he lived for 6 years before moving back to Tennessee where he met his wife. He and Jessica have been married since 2009, they have two children Maverick and Marley and call Johnson City home. He has been a CEO member of C12 since 2016, past Treasurer of the United Emmaus Community, and a partner of Redeemer Community Church in Johnson City since 2010.
