KAH HOOI LIM

Lim Kah Hooi is a business coach and mentor to CEOs for the past 20 years. He has clocked more than 10,000 hours of coaching under the auspices of Vistage International, the World’s leading CEO organization. Prior to this, Kah Hooi climbed rapidly in his corporate career in several large multi-nationals in Malaysia like Hewlett Packard and Komag, first as an engineer, a section manager, a department manager, a General Manager and eventually a Managing Director. Kah Hooi has a strong passion for marketplace transformation. In 2006, he was commissioned as the country leader for the ministry of FCCI in Malaysia. FCCI or the Fellowship of companies for Christ International (www.fcci.org) is an International marketplace ministry with the mission of “Transforming our World through Christ one company leader at a time.” In 2016, he co-founded The-Encubator (www.the-encubator.com), which is an eco-system for Christian entrepreneurs in Malaysia with the mission “To transform the marketplace through multiplying biblical entrepreneurs.” Today, Kah Hooi worships in Damansara Utama Methodist Church (DUMC) where he heads the Workplace Ministry. Kah Hooi has a BSc (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an MSc in Industrial Management from the University of Birmingham, UK. Recently, he obtained the Doctor of Transformational Leadership (DTL) with Distinction for his dissertation from Bakke Graduate University, Dallas, USA. Kah Hooi is married to Peggy for the last thirty-nine years and they have three adult children and two grandchildren.

IVAN SIA

Before joining C12 Ivan spent many years running a Public Listed Company (2005 – 2017) with regional offices that served clients in Asia Pacific, India and Europe. His business portfolio includes Production Process Solutions, ICT, Recruitment & Outsourcing and Product Distribution. He co-founded the company in 1992 before its eventual listing in 2005. He was the Group MD and CEO until his exit in 2017. When he is not moving mountains and molehills in business he plays the bass guitar and is the father of 4 girls and a boy.

SAMUEL LOW

Samuel started his corporate career in the banking sector. In 1994, he went into a business partnership in product distribution. However, the Asian Financial Crisis struck and the business was dissolved. Subsequently, he joined a multinational flavor company as a Regional Manager (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam). He was also the Department Head for Jebsen Jessen Ingredients (M) Sdn Bhd (2010-2018). Today, Samuel worships at Damansara Utama Methodist Church (DUMC) and is actively involved in Mentoring, Bible Study and Premarital Counseling. He is currently also pursuing a Master in Theology at AGST Alliance.

VINCENT WONG

Vincent has more than 20 years of corporate experience in HR consulting and recruitment. He has a Bachelor of Management (Hons) degree from University of Waikato, New Zealand and started his consulting career at PricewaterhouseCoopers before moving into recruitment in 2000. Vincent’s recruitment success includes being a pioneer employee in helping to set up Robert Walters Malaysia in 2006 and succeeding in making it profitable within six months. These achievements were recognized when he received the Robert Walters Global Top Achiever award in 2007. He joined PentagonPlus in 2011 as a co-business owner with a clear purpose to make a positive difference in the careers and lives of people in the marketplace. Vincent enjoys his role as recruiter because he finds fulfilment in connecting with people and pointing them towards living life to the fullest. He has 3 sons with whom he enjoys spending quality time, discovering good leadership lessons in his parenting journey.
