STEVE ANDREWS

Steve is an operations-oriented senior executive, with both CPA and CMA professional certifications, and prior roles as financial analyst/auditor, CFO, CEO and business owner.  Steve has had significant experience in the areas of operating general management, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic planning, and financial management.  In his roles as an international accounting firm auditor and manufacturing executive/owner, Steve has had exposure to many industries including banking, light manufacturing, textiles, apparel, and service.  He has had responsibility for multi-site operations, international commerce, ERP system implementation and buying, operating and selling a plastics manufacturing business as a Christian owner. A father of five children, Steve has known the Lord since childhood and has been active as a church elder, youth director, Bible teacher and active board member for several Christian organizations.  Steve initially joined C12 as a member CEO/Owner, and has been a C12 Area Chair since 2004. Steve is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and resides in Reidsville, NC with his wife Kim and family.

DOUG FINCANNON

Doug’s business leadership experience spans 20+ years in the mutual insurance industry and includes roles in the agency distribution channel, C-suite, and directorship.  He is particularly passionate about strategic planning, company culture, leadership development, and enterprise risk management.  Before becoming a C12 chair, Doug was a member of a local C12 peer advisory group and saw firsthand how the CEO monthly roundtable could shape a business leader through a time of mutual sharpening, high-impact learning, and peer accountability.  Doug and his adorable wife Shelly have two delightful children and enjoy reading, hiking, and providing Christian hospitality in their home located in Mebane, NC.

TRIPP GRAZIANO

Tripp has lived in the Piedmont Triad Area since 1990 and loves it enough to hope he, his wife, and two children never have to leave. Since graduating college, he has spent his working years with almost equal time in both business and ministry. He has helped in the startup phase of four small businesses in Greensboro and has 12 years of experience in the startup and management of these entities. His ministry experience includes 13 years of full-time ministry in two local churches, as well as helping in the startup of a church-based discipleship program that still serves young professionals today. Tripp has a B.A. in Religious Studies from Gardner-Webb University and an M.A. in Christian Leadership from Multnomah Seminary. He is grateful to be part of the mission and work of C12 with a belief that Billy Graham was correct when he stated, “I believe that one of the next great moves of God is going to be through the believers in the workplace

Nick Bradley serves as a Chair with C12 Business Forums in the Greensboro area of North Carolina. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 4,000 members throughout the United States and internationally. Nick has been serving as a C12 Chair since 2024 and currently serves 24 members in 2 CEO forums.  Before joining C12, Nick served as Lead Pastor/CEO at First Baptist Church of Clovis and its subsidiaries, responsible for overseeing 1,000+ people, $2M+ in revenue, and 30+ employees. Under his leadership, staff retention increased, revenue increased, profit and savings began to occur, benefits were implemented, and an organizational structure was put in place.  Nick’s background also includes experience with consulting with entities such as Action Learning Associates, SmartfulWorks, and University of North Carolina which design and execute Leadership Development Programs for many Fortune 500 companies. Throughout Nick’s career, he has been a sought-after coach and mentor in the areas of finance, organizational health & development, and spiritual counsel.  Additionally, Nick has served on the board of various non-profits and action committees. He actively serves on the board for Equal Rights Institute; an organization dedicated to training pro-life advocates to think clearly, reason honestly, and argue persuasively. Nick lives in Lewisville, North Carolina with his wife, Jody. They have 2 children, Ashlyn and Sydney, and their American Eskimo dog, Daisy. They all moved to North Carolina in 2022 after a lifetime of living in sunny California. Nick’s life verse is, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” – Romans 12:2
