CHRIS JACKSON

Chris has always called south Alabama home.  He comes to C-12 from a family of business owners and entrepreneurs.  His professional life began working in and growing his family business. In his 2004 Chris stepped into the world of insurance to become an Exclusive Agent with Allstate Insurance company. In 2014 Chris, along with 2 friends, founded Iron Works, a ministry designed to reach the men of South Alabama. In 2018, Chris became a personal and leadership coach with Tinman Ministries.  There he worked with Christian business and ministry leaders from around the world to discover who they were made to be, so they could do what they were made to do. Chris’ wife Shannon is an invaluable part of his life, work, and ministry.  Chris and Shannon call Andalusia home and love to spend time with their 6 kids and chase adventures around the country. Chris believes he is loved and equipped, to love and equip.  He is passionate about working alongside marketplace leaders to gently lift them into the pursuit of a larger vision, purpose, and life in the spirit of Ephesians 2:10…For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

MALACHI GANDY

Malachi Gandy serves as Chair with C12 Business Forums in South Alabama. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 4,000 members throughout the United States and internationally. Malachi Gandy has been serving as a C12 Chair since 2024. Malachi Gandy is a graduate of Auburn University where he met his wife Brooke. They live in Troy, AL with their four children , Emma 11, Colt, 9, Troy 8, Eden, 6. Malachi Gandy is a co-founder of Deloney & Gandy Inc. that was started in 2014. Prior to becoming a Chair Malachi was a member of C12 since 2022.

CHRIS MAY

Born and raised in Tuscumbia, AL, Chris has always had a passion for leadership, service, and growth. After graduating high school, he moved to Mobile to play football and pursue his education at the University of South Alabama. After graduating, he spent two years as a teacher and coach before transitioning into advertising sales. After a short stint in advertising, he entered the insurance industry, working for a local agency before launching his own successful firm. After five years of business ownership, Chris sold his agency to follow a new calling—serving marketplace leaders through C12. Chris’s journey with C12 began as a forum member, where he experienced firsthand the transformative impact of peer advisory groups. After three years of involvement, he stepped into the role of Chair, driven by his passion for helping business leaders integrate faith and work. He is committed to equipping and encouraging leaders to build thriving businesses with eternal impact. Chris is married to his wonderful wife, Deeon, and they are blessed with two children. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys running, playing pickup basketball, and spending quality time with his family.
