Chad Spencer is CEO of the Dufresne Spencer Group (DSG), a company he co-founded with his father in 2002, based in Memphis, TN. Beginning as one furniture store, DSG soon became an Ashley HomeStore licensee and has had steady growth ever since. Today, DSG owns 114 Ashley HomeStores serviced by20 distribution centers with almost 4,000 employees in 11 states, making DSG the largest Ashley HomeStore licensee in the country. DSG has been named one of the top 10 fastest-growing furniture retail companies in the country for the past five years. Chad’s passion is making life moments matter and giving back to his teams, his guests, and his communities. With his full enthusiasm, DSG is involved with many charitable organizations, including Angel Armies, Hope to Dream, and OneWorldHealth. Chad and his wife Kelley live in the greater Nashville area, have been happily married since 1999, and are the proud parents of Shaw, Tate, and Mack.
